Dr. Arikian’s office is located in the Loring Medical Building on the east side of Loring Park. Loring Park is on the southwestern edge of downtown Minneapolis near the Walker Art Center and the intersection of Hennepin/Lyndale Avenues and Highway 394.
FROM THE NORTH
- Take Hwy. 94 south
- Follow signs for Hennepin Ave./Lyndale Ave.
- After the first stoplight at Dunwoody Blvd., go into the far left lane
- The next light is Vineland Place/Oak Grove St.; turn left here
- Once you go through the light, immediately get in the left lane
- Go along the park and take the first left, which is Willow St. (at the eastern edge of the park)
- The Loring Medical Building is at 1409 Willow St. near 14th Street
FROM THE SOUTH
- Take Hwy. 35W north to Hwy. 94 West
- Take 94 West to the Lyndale/Hennepin exit
- Stay in the right lane on the exit ramp and follow signs for Lyndale/Hennepin Ave. North
- At the stoplight, turn right onto Lyndale/Hennepin Ave. N.
- Go two blocks to Oak Grove St. (2nd stoplight)
- Turn right (east) on Oak Grove and once you go through the light, immediately get in the left lane
- Go along the park and take the first left, which is Willow St. (at the eastern edge of the park)
- The Loring Medical Building is at 1409 Willow St. near 14th Street
FROM THE WEST
- Take Hwy. 394 east; follow signs for 394 Downtown
- Once you are in the lanes for 394 Downtown, get in the right-most lane
- Watch for signs for 12th St. N. exit; you will need to be in the far right lane to exit on 12th St. N.
- Take 12th St. N. exit, turn right on 12th St.
- Go three blocks (you will cross Hennepin Ave.), watch for the Loring Green Development and turn right on the street before it, which is Yale Place
- Go three blocks to Willow St. and then turn left on Willow (this is your only option)
- Go 2 ½ blocks to 1409 Willow St. (between 14th and 15th Streets)
FROM THE EAST
- Take Hwy. 94 west
- Take the Lyndale Ave./Hennepin Ave. exit
- Stay in the right lane on the exit ramp and follow signs for Lyndale/Hennepin Ave. North
- At the stoplight, turn right onto Lyndale/Hennepin Ave. N.
- Go two blocks to Oak Grove St. (2nd stoplight)
- Turn right (east) on Oak Grove and once you go through the light, immediately get in the left lane
- Go along the park and take the first left, which is Willow St. (at the eastern edge of the park)
- The Loring Medical Building is at 1409 Willow St. near 14th Street
Additional Parking and Building Information
- There is free on-street parking in front of the building on the park side, and on the north side of the block; otherwise, there is metered street parking.
- Use the elevator, and not the stairwell, since a key is required to exit the stairwell on any floor above ground level.
- My office is on the fourth floor at the end of the hallway, in Suite 410.
